Provide TWO (2) certified copies of each applicable document:
For BOTH Bride & Groom:
- Birth Certificate – showing full name & father's name
- Valid Photo ID – Passport, Driver's Licence, or National ID
- Occupation Details – current job title/status
- Father's Full Name – for legal documents
- Local Jamaica Address – where staying during wedding
Special Cases & Additional Forms:
- Father's name Missing from Birth Certificate? – if your father's name is not on your birth certificate, you must complete the Affidavit of Parentage form: Download Affidavit of Parentage Form
- Name on Birth Certificate Differs from Other ID's? – If names differ (missing middle name, spelling variations, etc.), you must complete the Affidavit of One and the Same Person form: Download Affidavit of One and the Same Person Form

Here is a way of viewing our service levels based on your guest count, scope, etc. Every package includes license processing ($105) + ceremony + certificate in-office pickup ($50); that is, a pre-wedding service, an in-wedding service, and a post-wedding service. Choose based on your preferences:
SERVICE ONE
Elopement Package
This package is for couples that want a simple and personal elopement ( intimate) ceremony. It involves a brief and personalized ceremony done by the wedding officiant at the couple's preferred location, as well as the signing of the marriage license. This package is suitable for couples that want a small and intimate wedding ceremony eg. backyard, living room etc. This is not available for formal wedding at venues.
SERVICE TWO
Standard Ceremony Package
The Standard Ceremony Package contains a basic wedding ceremony officiated by a professional wedding officiant. It consists of the exchanging of vows, rings, and the declaration of marriage.
SERVICE THREE
Customized Ceremony Package
This package includes a fully customized wedding ceremony according to the couple's preferences, values, and cultural traditions. The ceremony will be meticulously planned to reflect their individual love story and values. Additional meetings and consultations with the couple may be included in this package to ensure that every aspect is perfect. Additional readings and customized vows may be added to the ceremony.
SERVICE FOUR
Rehearsal and Wedding Day Package
This package includes a wedding rehearsal led by the wedding officiant to guarantee a smooth and organized ceremony. The officiant will execute the ceremony according to the couple's wishes and supervise the signing of the marriage license on the wedding day. This package is suitable for couples that want an extra level of ceremony management and organization.

Destination Wedding Package
This package is intended for couples who are planning a wedding in Jamaica. It includes all of the services included in the Basic Ceremony Package, as well as additional coordination and travel costs for the wedding officiant to go to the destination and execute the ceremony. This package is ideal for couples looking for a seamless and unforgettable Jamaica destination wedding experience.

Every legal package includes three parts: Pre‑Wedding (licence guidance and support), In‑Wedding (your ceremony), and Post‑Wedding (RGD filing and certificate in‑office pickup). Symbolic packages give you the full ceremony experience in Jamaica without local legal registration.
All packages are available anywhere in Jamaica at the same price. You simply choose the experience that fits you best.
Already Have Your Minister's License?
If you've already obtained your own Minister's Marriage Licence:
- You've completed the most complex part of the legal process
- We'll verify your licence is valid and properly issued
- We'll handle the ceremony, register signing, and RGD filing
- You still need a licensed Marriage Officer to perform the legal ceremony
Package prices remain the same as the legal assistance is just one component of our comprehensive service. We ensure everything is executed properly and filed correctly with the RGD.
Important Note on Customization
The Classic/Standard Legal Ceremony Package does not allow any customization - it follows the traditional legal ceremony format. For personalized elements, readings, or unity rituals, please choose the Customized Ceremony Package or higher tier.
Symbolic Standard packages DO allow light personalization. This distinction applies only to Legal Standard ceremonies.

Q: Can our own pastor or minister officiate with you?
A: Yes. For a legal Jamaican wedding, a licensed Marriage Officer must perform the legal parts and sign the marriage register and forms. I'm happy to co‑officiate with your pastor. They can share the message, prayers, and blessings, while I ensure everything is done legally. Co‑officiating is available as a $150 add‑on to any package.
